October is Here

Well, we are starting another month. This year is just flying by, and you are now seeing Christmas decoration along side Halloween. That is just weird. It seems they are pushing the seasons faster and faster. What happen to Thanksgiving?

I know all our hearts are with those who have lost so much during the last storm that has hit so many states. I live in North Carolina, and I really feel for the Western part of my state. The cleanup there is going to long and hard. There are still people missing. Some of these places will not recover and the whole area will be changed forever. They mostly depend on tourist and this is usually the time of year people would travel to the mountains to see the change of the leaves. The bad thing is hurricane season is not over yet, and there are areas of concern that they are looking at right now. One in the same spot where Helene formed in the Gulf. I pray that the Lord will spare us any more storms this year. We need time to recover and time to grieve our lost.
