Valentine is passed. Now on to Easter next month. When I was a little girl, I always looked forward to Easter, because I would always get a new Church dress, shoes, and a Easter Basket. I loved putting on that new dress to go to Church on Sunday. I would have a pretty Easter Basket with candy shaped like Easter eggs in all colors. When I was all grown up and married, I would do the same thing for my daughter. These are good memories.
As we make these Easter wreaths, it brings back those memories. I am older now and don't have any young children to buy for these days. I go to Church now with the same old clothes, but that is not what Easter is all about. It is about celebrating the fact that Jesus died on that cross for our sins, and rose again to make a place for us in the afterlife.
