As some of you know from my previous blogs, we own two dachshunds named Toby and Charlie. We love these two boys more than anything, but they can be a handful sometimes. Toby's most favorite thing beside hunting in his backyard, is neighborhood watch dog. He thinks he is head dog in this household with all of he twelve pounds. Anything that moves anywhere in his eyesight is fair game. Which means he is barking at anything and everything. Thankfully, we have good neighbors and they put up with his constant barking during the day. His brother would rather sleep, but Toby will get him to help in the barking along with this strange howling that they do when they really see something offensive. They are better than a doorbell, because they know there is someone at the door before they even ring the doorbell. One of the cutest pictures I have of them is them laying side by side looking out the door. We had two dachshunds before these two, and they did the same thing. They are best buddies, and they are so much company for me during the day. Pets are like that, and owning one is the best, but when I see people abusing these special angels that God has put on earth, it so upsets me. Please, if you are not going to care and love these animals who want nothing more than our love, don't get one. They do no deserve to be mistreated. We are their whole world and all they want is to be love and to spend time with us.
We are working now on Christmas wreaths, Falls, and Halloween wreaths. We will be posting some on our site in the next day or so. So, be on the watch to see if there is anything you would like to add to your decorations on your door. Also, the wood window sign shown here is available on our site. If you camp like we do, we put this in our window to let it be known that they are in the camper.
