We are all in this rush to get ready for Christmas and when it is all over, the blue kind of set in if they hadn't before. Those who have lost family members like me, Christmas will never be the same. So what you do in that case is you change your traditions. It is hard to take in those kind of changes, but death is one of life's events that happens to all of us, so we have to learn to deal with those events in our lives. Christmas just reminds us that life goes on no matter what happens in our lives. We just have to hold on those memories and past on as much of those memories to those living as we can. One way to help with the blues is to give to those in need, stay busy with Church events, give a little joy to those who need it, and remember those who have nobody in their lives now by giving them some Christmas cheer or invite them to your home. Life can be so hard at times, so by giving a little of yourself to others is a way to healing yourself as well.
